BACKGROUND OF PRINCIPAL

Diane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business marketing from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, and has taken additional coursework in biology, chemistry and genetics.

She also maintains Diane’s Food Blog, a food and recipe blog food blog featuring a wide range of recipes, cooking tips and useful techniques geared toward both experienced home cooks as well as beginners. She has won recipe contests and has had content published in the New York Times, Minneapolis Star Tribune, Patch.com and on other local and international blogs and websites.
